Yoco may not be used to accept payments for the following businesses or transactions relating to:

1. airlines;

2. illegal sale of pharmaceutical products and/or tobacco (including electronic smokeless) products;

3. sale of counterfeit merchandise;

4. sale or violations of intellectual property rights (trademarks and copyright infringements);

5. adult or child pornography;

6. internet gambling or any prohibited gambling activities;

7. arms dealing (small gunsmiths excluded);

8. any other businesses identified by the Card Associations and / or regulatory, risk or operational reasons.

In accordance with your Merchant Agreement, you will be notified via email by Yoco no later than 2 (two) months before any other businesses are added to this list.
